What's Happening Here?  This site was originally put up to share some of my personal projects with my friends and other robotics enthusiasts.  It was never intended to market anything.  The plan was to rotate interesting bits and pieces of whatever I was working on at the time through here to stimulate others and share new ideas.  This was supposed to be a "Hobby"!  Nevertheless,  most of what has appeared here has generated tremendous interest and many requests for parts or complete kits.  Because this was supposed to be about "fun and relaxation", I have not been very responsive to those requests.  Being a business owner, I have had very little time for these kinds of activities and what time I do have, I really like to spend melting solder and making metal chips!  This site has generated an amazing amount of feedback and I have received far more emails than I could possibly respond to.  In view of that, let me take this opportunity to apologize to those of you who emailed but I could not get back to.

As time has passed and I have found more ways to break away from the day-to-day operation of my primary business, I am thinking of finally putting some of the most requested projects into production.  I have been in the manufacturing business now for over thirty years so it seems like the natural thing for me to do.  I think I would enjoy sharing my enthusiasm for robotics with all of you and hopefully can make some things available that might otherwise not have been.

I would still like to keep Wildrobots.com my hobby site so I will soon establish a new site for robotics products.  I will post a link to that site here as soon as it is up and running.  Between now and then, if you would like to send me your email address, I'll put you on a list of those to notify when the new site goes up.  If you have emailed me in the past, I already have you on the list so there is no need to email again.  Please CLICK HERE if you would like me to drop you that email.
